We at Web-JIVE realize that sometimes unforseen circumstances arise, plans change or your business requires finanical resources for other project funding.  If you require a refund and work has not started on your new website or other services work, we will refund your payment minus any service and processing fees associtated with the transcation (i.e. if you payed with your credit card).  If website work or services have started, then Web-JIVE will deliver on what we promised.
